I am Head of the Private Client Department at McMillan Williams and work closely with our Head of Legal Services to ensure that all legal services we provide are client focused and meet our exacting standards.
As a Lawyer, I pride myself in being someone who can make a difference to my clients life and, in the event of their death, to their beneficiaries.
I also act in Court of Protection matters for people who lack capacity and in the day to day administration of Deputyships. I am open, friendly and approachable whilst providing positive can-do solutions for the Client and their family. I can help when my clients have to deal with the many challenges that arise with respect to the Court of Protection and the Office of the Public Guardian, whether it is dealing with applications or the management of ongoing financial affairs. My experience working on high-value matters means I can help in cases connected to Clinical Negligence and with Personal Injury claims involving serious brain injuries. I have expertise in all matters, from simple routine applications on behalf of family members through to managing complex Deputyships.
I offer a personal approach to Probate, Wills & Trusts advice, speaking in plain English terms that you can understand, taking a straightforward direct and efficient approach. I advocate a pragmatic and sensible approach to Wills Trusts and Estate Planning to help clients achieve their goals
