I am currently on maternity leave.
I take a firm approach to negotiations whilst maintaining a commercial outlook at all times advising on cost effective solutions to both commercial and personal civil disputes. My friendly and approachable style enables me to present complex legal advice in a concise and easily digestible format resulting in clients not feeling lost within the world of legal jargon.
In addition to giving legal advice on specific disputes, I've presented at a number of conferences and in-house training sessions for clients in order to keep them abreast of developments which may affect their particular sector. This ensures that many problems are prevented before they require the input of lawyers.
My vast experience in dealing with claims within the independent education sector and has extensive experience in dealing with various allegations including bullying, failure to educate, failure to deal with learning difficulties and contractual disputes and has a 100% record of success with trials on behalf of independent schools.
I also regularly advise on all aspects of contract law and enforcement of complex contractual terms including the use of the Supply of Goods and Services Act, Sale of Goods Act, Road Traffic Act, Consumer Protection Act, the Water Industry Act and the Animals Act. I am well versed in negligence claims against various professionals and individuals.
Debt recovery is one of my many specialisms, where I apply a pragmatic approach to debt recovery on behalf of both business and individual clients. Using enforcement methods that are tailored to each particular matter, I am able to ensure the maximum recovery of a debt.
