As soon as I graduated with a Law Degree in 2013, I decided to go straight into full time employment in the legal field; the majority of my experience to date being in Conveyancing.
I began working as a Conveyancing Assistant for 11 months at Broadway Solicitors in south west London. This experience gave me an excellent foundation. I then moved to Hart Scales & Hodges in Surrey as a Paralegal, and soon after secured myself a Training Contract there. At the same time, I undertook my LPC part time over weekends. This challenge of balancing my full time work with my studies gave me the essential skills and knowledge to allow me to represent my clients with confidence and sincerity. I have now had nearly 3 years of experience in managing my own conveyancing caseload.
I am passionate about building strong relationships with my clients, keeping them updated throughout the process of buying or selling a property; which can be a stressful experience. I aim to minimise any such stress and it is my work ethic to be pro-active to try to prevent delays in a transaction. As well as keeping in mind the best interests of my clients, I aim to ensure all that are involved in the transaction are kept fully informed at each step of the way to save unnecessary time and costs for all parties.
As a Trainee Solicitor, I completed a sale for the firm's long standing client within 1 month of instruction.
