Jeremy Marozzi & Co.
I graduated from the University of Kent in 2011 having studied Law for my undergraduate degree and I then went on to complete my Masters. Following this I completed my LPC at the College of Law.
I spent a year as a Paralegal within a Property Team with a London firm and then went on to spend my 2 years as a Trainee Solicitor with a firm in Wimbledon dealing primarily with Property matters along with Employment and Personal Injury.
Following qualification in 2017 I joined the Property Team at McMillan Williams in Bexleyheath.
I have a range of experience dealing with both residential Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases for a variety of clients and I aim to provide a quality service in a friendly and approachable manner. I understand that the conveyancing process can be incredibly stressful and I therefore focus on keeping clients fully informed throughout the transaction.
I successfully assisted a first-time buyer through a leasehold purchase whereby I advised on several issues that arose such as the missing freeholder, obtaining a mortgage with a short lease and ensuring the appropriate notice was served on the existing tenant.
