R. R. Sanghvi & Co
I joined the Residential Conveyancing department at McMillan Williams in June 2015 and since that time, I have worked in the Chiswick office offering a bespoke conveyancing service to all of my clients. I have a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, ranging from purchases, sales, re-mortgages, leases, Help to Buy schemes and transfer of equity matters. This knowledge coupled with my business acumen has enabled me to build a strong client base of property investors with large portfolios, to first time buyers alike.
I approach my matters pragmatically, and pride myself with ensuring an efficient and reliable service is provided to each and every one of my clients.
I have spent time campaigning for Cancer Research, working in their legal department providing assistance and advice within the charity's network.
“I have used Miss Raavi Grewal to act on my behalf on my purchase. She is delightful to deal with, always available, provides the best advice and guidance. She is very professional and friendly at the same time, very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend her to others who are looking to buy a property or sell.” – S.Soleymani (July 2016)
“We found Raavi Grewal at MW Solicitors to be excellent. When we first approached the firm we had tainted views on conveyancing and other firms we had dealt with. This firm and especially Ms Grewal were everything they claimed to be. They were efficient, professional, polite and most of all on the ball. We were dealing with some complex issues and they took care of everything. It is normal that in these firms you never get to speak to your solicitor, but at MW it was different. Ms Grewal always took our call and if she was busy she responded personally as soon as she could, always within 24 hours. We shall be using the firm and Ms Grewal again and would highly recommend her and the firm.” – S Grover (January 2016)
When I am not working, I take particular interest in travelling, photography, and (attempting) to practice Yoga!
