McMillan Williams' Conveyancing Department has several traits that interested me when I applied. I felt that as an expanding firm with a strong focus on client care, McMillan Williams was an excellent firm to train and develop my legal career with.
I am confident that McMillan Williams will help me build on knowledge gained from my LLB and LPC by putting it into practice, and feel that the firm will fuel and enhance the enthusiasm I have for conveyancing to create a long and successful career.
McMillan Williams offers a huge amount of support to its employees through many different avenues and the level of encouragement received to date has made me feel welcomed and comfortable with the transition.
As an example of the dedication McMillan Williams has for its Trainees and Paralegals, they hold an annual Advocacy Competition. The competition helps Trainees and Paralegals participate in something unique and gives unparalleled experience and insight into the advocacy process. I am very much looking forward to getting involved and learning all I can from my mentors and colleagues.
