Rix and Kay / Adams & Remers
I started my conveyancing career around 10 years ago when I joined my first legal firm as an administrator where it was suggested I start the CLC course to become a licensed conveyancer. Prior to this I worked in estate agency, lettings and property management giving me a broad knowledge and experience in various aspects of the property market. Understanding all perspectives of the parties involved in conveyancing is incredibly beneficial and a vital tool in ensuring a smooth transaction.
I strive to provide clients with a personal service to ensure that they feel supported throughout the conveyancing process without bombarding them with legalese. Making a stress free transaction for my clients is key in what is otherwise often a difficult time.
I have dealt with a variety of transactions during my time in conveyancing from multi-million pound properties to lock up garages treating all clients as equally as each other. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills and am always happy to go the extra mile to make things happen. I deal with:
"Anne-Marie was always available and helped me step by step when I sold my flat. It was the first time I'd sold a property and so I especially appreciated the support. There were a few complications regarding the extension and amendment of the property's lease which Anne-Marie dealt with in an efficient, professional and sympathetic manner. In light of personal experience, I highly recommend MW." - Mr C (October 2017)
