I aim to over-deliver results to clients with a structured and case planned approach to litigation that involves the client at every milestone to ensure informed decision making.

I am well versed in forensic evidence required in insurance litigation and can advise the client confidently to ensure understanding.

I am an experienced litigator to the County Courts and Technology and Construction lists throughout the jurisdiction with a “hands on” approach to litigation and trial preparation appreciated by private and commercial clients alike.

Although a trial litigator, I encourage the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation where the circumstances or the client demands them.

I have specialised in the recovery of damages for and against insurers and their insured for many years including, but not limited to, injury to property and product liability.
