  • This is my second time, ive dealt with MW Solicitors, on both occasions they have been very responsive, helpfull, professional and reasonable. I recently just completed on our purchase. Jo Hillier was our solicitor, lovely lady, very responsive to emails. She sent above and beyond for us. Worked on a Saturday to complete our paperwork. We are both very happy with MW Solicitors and especially Jo. I will definitely, in fact have already recommended Jo to a friend and she is purchasing her property thro Jo too, will be using MW Solicitors and Jo Hillier again, if we decided to move again. For now, we are very happy in new home and hope to be for many years. If you do need a solicitor for a property purchase, Jo is your 1st phone call. Thank you to her and MW Solicitors.

  • Hi there, We would like to thank Roshni personally for all her help and hard work throughout the process on behalf of myself and my wife. As we managed to secure our very first home. Finding a solicitor that was available during lockdown and before the stamp duty deadline was hard enough. But when I spoke to Roshni she had us reassured on everything asked of her, a true proffesional. Always positive and approaches everything with a "can do" attitude. Would like to say Roshni definetly deserves a bonus and a pay rise and a promotion. She is a great asset and ambassador of your firm. I would recommend her to anyone looking for property conveyancing. Without you our first property would have not been possible. Sue Dark my solicitor was excellent - always available, responded to queries (and my panics!) and managed to complete both sale and purchase in difficult conditions in these challenging circumstances with the lockdown. MW Offices Re-opened

After the temporary closures of our offices, we are happy to announce that all of our offices are now open.

We ask that walk-in visits be limited to dropping off documents and signing paperwork only.

Meetings: Should you require a meeting with a member of our team, you must book with them in advance of your visit. Only pre-booked appointments will be accepted.

Please note the following for your protection:

  • We respectfully ask that you wear a face covering on the premises. Our personnel will also wear face coverings. Gloves are available if chosen to be worn.
  • Please do not attend the offices if you have displayed any symptoms of COVID-19.
  • We have enforced a 1 person limit on visits to the office. 2 people will be granted entry if necessary.
  • Only 2 clients will be permitted into the reception area at any one time. This may cause a short wait outside of the door. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 
  • Please note that our reception furniture has been reduced and the layout of the room changed. This is to ensure we can adhere to the social distancing rules in place.
  • We respectfully ask that you adhere to the social distancing rules in place as well as use the signage, markings and sanitiser provided. 
  • The person meeting you will guide you through the process to ensure that you, and they, are safe.
  • We are unfortunately unable to offer refreshments or the use of toilets at this time. 
  • Please respect other visitors/staff on entry and exit by maintaining your distance.
  • We ask that you exit the area yourself. Personnel will not hold the door for you to ensure social distancing is abode by.
