  • I cannot recommend Philip Scarles of MW Solicitors highly enough. He has been so helpful, very thorough and has managed my compensation case after a motorcycle accident expertly to the final resolution. Though this has been ongoing for a number years, Philip has always been professional and managed every detail. Without his input I wouldn't have got the help I needed to be able to manage over the last 5 and a half years. The detail and expert management made a solid case for pre-trial resolution. If you ever need someone to take on your accident case (I live nowhere near their offices in Sevenoaks) you couldn't do better. Highly recommended.

  • In 2020 MWS Sevenoaks sent me Ian Keith Selbourne Davidson's passport and medical/health files/notes and watch fobs and photographs! I told Ms Bell (MWS) that Mr Davidson is a stranger to me. But Ms Bell insisted it was my brother's belongings!! I gave the passport, health notes, fobs, photographs to the police and reported MWS to Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

  • Sharon Bell and team provided an exceptional high level of legal help and advice in relation to my inheritance claim. As this was close to the legal time limit for such a claim it required urgent attention. Sharon was tenacious in pursuing responses from the defendants solicitors quoting case law to protect my position. As a result it was unnecessary to take Court action and my claim was agreed in full together with most of my costs. Sharon has a lovely telephone manner and nothing was too much trouble to explain legal jargon and procedures. Unfortunately I have never met her but she feels like a friend and I can’t thank her enough for making quite a financial difference in my life.

MW Offices Re-opened

After the temporary closures of our offices, we are happy to announce that some of our offices are now open.

The following offices are now open:

We ask that walk-in visits be limited to dropping off documents and signing paperwork only.

Meetings: Should you require a meeting with a member of our team, you must book with them in advance of your visit. Only pre-booked appointments will be accepted.


Please note the following for your protection:

  • We respectfully ask that you wear a face covering on the premises. Our personnel will also wear face coverings. Gloves are available if chosen to be worn.
  • Please do not attend the offices if you have displayed any symptoms of COVID-19.
  • We have enforced a 1 person limit on visits to the office. 2 people will be granted entry if necessary.
  • Only 2 clients will be permitted into the reception area at any one time. This may cause a short wait outside of the door. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 
  • Please note that our reception furniture has been reduced and the layout of the room changed. This is to ensure we can adhere to the social distancing rules in place.
  • We respectfully ask that you adhere to the social distancing rules in place as well as use the signage, markings and sanitiser provided. 
  • The person meeting you will guide you through the process to ensure that you, and they, are safe.
  • We are unfortunately unable to offer refreshments or the use of toilets at this time. 
  • Please respect other visitors/staff on entry and exit by maintaining your distance.
  • We ask that you exit the area yourself. Personnel will not hold the door for you to ensure social distancing is abode by.
