Having completed my training contract in 2006 I became a Partner in 2008 dealing with residential and commercial property transactions. I have worked in Bognor Regis throughout my career during which time I have built many long term relationships with a large number of clients who regularly use my services as well as other industry professionals including developers, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other solicitors in the area, many of whom I act for personally. These relationships are the key to being able to provide good communication within any property transaction which is necessary to provide the professional proactive and efficient service that the client needs but in a friendly and approachable way. This combined with a wealth of property knowledge and experience has enabled me to build a strong reputation for achieving the aims of my clients.
I specialise in residential property transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties including unregistered land as well as remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and investments properties. I also deal with commercial property including commercial leases and licences, option and overage agreements and ground rent portfolio purchases.

I acted for a well known celebrity in relation to their multi-million pound residential property sale and purchase.
I acted for a residential flat owner in relation to their lease extension. They had been quoted an extremely high premium by the landlord of over £15,000.00 and so approached me for advice. We negotiated with the landlord on a voluntary basis quoting the relevant law and showing a premium survey calculation and agreed on a premium of less than half of the original sum demanded by the landlord
I acted for a developer in relation to an option agreement for the potential purchase of land for development of approximately 50 new properties
I acted for a commercial land owner in the purchase of a multi-million pound city centre commercial property via a sub-sale and the granting of a new lease to a well known international branded retailer simultaneously with completion of the purchase
I am instructed by a private landlord in relation to the purchase of the freehold of 12 residential buildings comprising in excess of 400 rented flats
I am a voluntary Trustee for the Friends of Chichester Hospitals who support the hospitals in Chichester through the raising of funds which are donated to assist with the provision of medical equipment for the benefit of the patients and staff.
