I decided to qualify into the Residential Department having previously experienced the property industry before joining the firm.

"I felt thoroughly supported by Kayleigh in a way I can honestly say I have NEVER experienced with conveyancing, I have bought and sold multiple houses and frankly the conveyancing process is often a source of frustration and annoyance.
Dealing with Kayleigh however was not only an absolute pleasure but she worked with greater efficiency and more diligently than I have encountered in some considerable time.
Kayleigh rapidly established a style and level of communication which was perfect for me - having interpreted the kind of purchaser/person I was and how best to meet my needs - without ever being remotely patronising (and I asked a lot of questions....). This was incredibly skilled.
I can not recommend Kayleigh highly enough." - V B (July 2019)
"Helpful and efficient service. The whole process went smoothly and any difficulties with my being abroad for more than a month were easily overcome via good communication, emails etc.
The whole process of the sale went smoothly and the money I had budgeted for arrived in my bank on the day of completion. Good service overall and I feel the charges were good value for money. Thank you." - Mr G (May 2017)
