I applied to McMillan Williams, as they are a leading high street firm. The firm’s continuity shows that this is a strong firm; through management and investment they have managed to succeed in the market.

Since joining McMillan Williams I have been involved in a range of residential property transactions ranging from freehold to leasehold sales and purchases. I also had the opportunity to assist with re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions. I have experience in working with a wide variety of clients ranging from a first time buyer to a property developer.

I have also had the opportunity to deal with commercial matters. This has varied from assignment of a lease to drafting a licence to alterations. I enjoy the challenge which my work brings.

I am recognised for my hard work and determination. I enjoy working with clients and helping them achieve their desired outcome in a timely manner. Through time I have learnt to recognise legal issues and find reasonable solutions without delaying the transaction.

I look forward to expanding my knowledge as I embark on my journey to becoming a solicitor.

Work in the Community / Pro Bono Workl

Whilst studying my LPC I carried out voluntary work in a national charity called Victim Support. I also did voluntary work in a local law firm based in Brighton. I assisted mainly with Immigration, Family and Civil matters.
