Kaim Todner Solicitors
I qualified as a solicitor in January 2018, having successfully completed my training contract at a leading London criminal defence practice. I have extensive experience in criminal defence and extradition law.
In extradition, I have acted for clients who have been arrested under both Part 1 and Part 2 warrants for a wide range of offences including serious drug offences, fraud, serious violent offences and theft.
I am an accredited police station representative and I have Higher Rights of Audience which allows me to represent clients in the Crown Court. I regularly attend both the Magistrates’ Court and the Police Station to represent clients and have a particular interest in representing young people. Through written representations, I have successfully persuaded the prosecution to discontinue or refer back to the police station for caution a wide variety of cases.
I have experience in the preparation of a broad range of criminal cases in magistrates’ and Crown Court, including offences involving violence, drugs and public disorder. I continually provide practical and intellectually sound advice at all stages of litigation.
I pride myself on robustly safeguarding the human rights of requested persons and have successfully contested extradition on the grounds of human rights violations.
