I joined the Estates and Trust Disputes Team at McMillan Williams on qualification in 2018 as a solicitor who acts on a wide range of contentious estate, trust and inheritance matters.

I act for both Claimants and Defendants in claims brought under The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

I also advise on challenges to wills on the grounds of testamentary capacity, undue influence, lack of knowledge and approval and improper execution. Getting the best outcome possible for my clients is the most important thing for me, and I take a pragmatic approach to assist them at what is often a stressful juncture. I ensure they are kept up to date at each stage of the matter.
