My case-load at McMillan Williams, comprises complaints and civil actions against the police, inquests and claims under the Human Rights Act. I strive to deliver first line results for clients who have been mistreated, abused or denied justice. I always seek to create strong client relationships and manage clients’ expectations carefully to ensure that the client is kept aware of their rights and prospects at each stage of their case.
"I would like to thank Clare for all her support throughout my case. She has always been extremely helpful, professional, kind and compassionate. Nothing ever seems to have been too much trouble for her and she has always been patient in answering my many queries and questions. I have never been involved in any situation like this before but Clare has guided me and explained legal requirements and situations to me in a most appropriate and helpful way. Thank you so much Clare." - RG (Nov 2019)
