I am currently on maternity leave.
I joined McMillian Williams to head up the Fast Track Injury Department in August 2014. I gained a 2:1 Law Degree from the University of Surrey in 2008 and obtained a distinction for my LPC at the College of Law, Guildford in 2009. I qualified as a solicitor in October 2011.
I specialise in Personal Injury Claims worth between £1,000 and £25,000 (known as ‘Fast Track’ claims) which fall both within and outside of the online portal system. I always endeavour to settle claims promptly and efficiently whilst ensuring the maximum level of compensation is recovered on behalf of my clients. I am a keen Solicitor Advocate and often attend interim hearings myself rather than instructing Barristers.
Despite the lower value of their claims, My client’s have often still experienced serious and debilitating injuries requiring careful consideration and attention which I readily and enthusiastically provide.
In the past, I assisted on and ran several higher value cases involving emotionally challenging and sensitive issues.
One such claim was an extremely difficult historical sexual abuse case for which the Claimant was eventually awarded the sum of £350,000.
In my spare time, I am a keen artist and enjoy running and raising money for various charities.
