I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Personal Injury department. I assist a Partner with complex and high value personal injury claims involving catastrophic injuries, chronic pain including Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, cosmetic surgery, orthopaedic injuries, psychiatric injuries and multi party claims including group actions. Taking new client enquiries I deal with a variety of personal injury claims on a regular basis. I assist with running personal injury claims from initial instruction to settlement.
I worked in the Clinical Negligence department where I assisted a Partner with clinical negligence claims. I worked on high value cases involving adult and children claims, where the client sustained injuries as a result of medical negligence provided by the NHS, general practitioners, hospital trusts and dentists. I also assisted with a number of fatal cases and Inquests. Therefore, I am well versed in dealing with litigation.
Having worked in the Criminal Law and Extradition department I am accustomed to dealing with vulnerable defendants and witnesses. I have assisted with representing clients at the police station, Magistrates Court, Crown Court and the High Court for both criminal and extradition cases. I worked on criminal defence cases relating to theft, historic sexual offences, assault and drug related crimes. I have also worked on extradition requests from Part 1 and Part 2 countries.
I have worked in the Residential Property and Shared Ownership department. I assisted a Partner and solicitors on a variety of property transactions from initial instructions to post completion. I assisted with the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property, shared ownership new build and resale, staircasing, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions.
I am continuing with my professional development working with a friendly and supportive team of professionals.
"Ayse ensured that we understood everything that was being undertaken, ensuring that each step we took was comfortable. As first time buyers this service was invaluable and gave us the correct insight into the buying process. Regularly I would receive calls before and after office hours as Ayse would stay later to make sure that our file was moving at the pace we needed. We were able to exchange before I left the country for a business trip for over two weeks and enabling us to complete our purchase when I returned. All of that was thanks to Ayse's kind nature and hard work. Thank you." - K R (June 2017)
