BECOME A CONSULTANT SOLICITOR WITH TAYLOR ROSE MW
We are seeking legal professionals with a strong client following that are keen to work in a well-positioned and dynamic firm; on a consultancy (profit share) basis.
For some, our consultancy model offers a smarter way of working, as it provides the tools for success without the rigidity of a traditional employment structure. Our model allows professionals to focus their energy on servicing their clients.
You can choose to work from home, one of our offices or both!
Consultants are paid based directly on their monthly billing, with the two main profit share options being 70/30% or 60/40% in favour of candidates. This is dependent on whether you are primarily based at home or the office. Our home-based programme comes with 100 days access to hot-desking facilities per year.
Both options include PII cover, accounts, reception, compliance, IT, telephones and advanced CMS, access to PLC and West Law, as well as access to the existing cross referral network.
Successful candidates will receive guidance and support throughout the transition onto the consultancy model. They will also get an induction into the firm and have a dedicated consultant liaison team to act as continued operational support.
We accept applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives or qualified licensed conveyancers who have 4 years PQE+.
If you don’t quite meet the criteria, then our fee earning consultant programme may be more suited to you.

Your earnings are no longer reduced by expensive overheads such as indemnity insurance, accreditations, CMS software fees and various support departmental functions.
Less general operational and management time is spent by your fee-earners on non-billable tasks, enabling you to focus your time and energy on client care and billing.
