2020 Annual Star Awards Announced

The Star Award Programme was introduced in 2018. Since then, we have announced 54 Stars whose hard work and dedication has embodied the message of Smart Modern Law. The programme has allowed the firm to recognise members of the team who have gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
We are delighted to announce our 2020 Annual Star Award Winners are:
Corporate Star - Charlotte Sainsbury
Our 2020 Legal Star, Anne-Marie represents our Eastbourne office. She is greatly recognised for the property work she handles. On many occasions she has received fantastic feedback and has been praised for being supportive, honest and efficient.
Anne-Marie tries to take the ‘con from conveyancing by taking the stress away from her clients’.
When asked how Anne-Marie felt about winning the Annual Legal Star Award she said, “I am delighted to have been recognised as a valuable member of Taylor Rose MW.”
She continued: “It really means a lot to know that hard work, effort and great teamwork doesn’t go unnoticed.”
Our 2020 Corporate Star, Charlotte comes from our Peterborough branch and currently works within our Archive Department.
The feedback also mentioned what great resilience she has shown supporting many colleagues and attending to items in the office whilst many are working from home.
When Charlotte was asked about winning the Annual Corporate Star Award, she said: “It hasn’t sunk in for me yet. I was shocked when I was nominated and never imagined actually winning.”
“But it has really shown me that my hard work during the past year has paid off and that it is being recognised by my peers. I feel I have learnt so much in my time at Taylor Rose MW and I cannot wait to keep learning.”

“2020 was very different with the emerging pandemic, but many have shown just how flexible and adaptable to change you are and that despite many new ways of working we are resilient and continue to deliver excellent service in many areas,” he continued.
“Whilst we continue to journey through the pandemic and further lockdown, I feel confident that we can continue to deliver Smart Modern Law and thank everyone for their continued efforts whether this through systems, fee earning or support roles.”
