Q3 Director Award Winner's Announced!

With the third quarter of The Director’s Awards being announced the new annual programme that was brought in this year by CEO, Adrian Jaggard has seen 6 winners so far.

There are two awards each quarter that are available to our staff, the legal director award and the corporate director award. Both allow us to recognise and celebrate our personnel who put our clients at the forefront of all they do and promote smart modern law.

The Directors Awards nominations are collected and coordinated by Partner and Head of Client Care, Helen Lobozzo.

Helen reviews all the client feedback which are eligible for the Legal Award, in addition she collects the nominations for the Corporate Award that she receives for our lawyers, executives and corporate staff. Helen works alongside Adrian to select winners in each category for each quarter.

We are delighted to announce our Q3 award winners are:

Directors Legal Award – Sophie Durkin

Directors Corporate Award – Michelle Stephen

Our Q3 Directors Legal Award goes to Sophie Durkin. Sophie is a Consultant Chartered Legal Executive in our Residential Property Department associated with our Carter Lane office.

Sophie receives regular client feedback highlighting that she goes above and beyond to keep everything on track. She was applauded for staying cool and calm and always being responsive by email or phone.

Another client said they felt Sophie had made the process straightforward and smooth and achieved a completion 4 weeks from offer.

Our Q3 Corporate Award goes to Michelle Stephen. Michelle is a Legal Secretary based in our Sevenoaks office for our Wills, Trusts and Probate department.

Michelle was nominated because of her knowledge of Wills and Deeds enquiries. It was commented that she was great at allocating a query to the right person to help bridge gaps quickly.

She was commended for being reliable and always appearing helpful and responding to queries efficiently without delay which helps colleagues to provide a seamless service.
