Initiated in early 2021, our Director’s Award Programme aims to recognise and applaud the exceptional contributions of our team members who consistently go above and beyond to exceed client expectations, aligning with our firm’s smart modern law philosophy.

Each quarter, our personnel can nominate peers for consideration for prestigious corporate award, a process distinct from our legal directors’ awards, which rely on testimonials from review platforms and direct client feedback meticulously collected by our award-winning client care team. Helen Lobozzo, Partner and Head of Client Care and Adrian Jaggard, CEO carefully deliberate on the final decisions for both award categories.

Helen expressed her enthusiasm, describing the program as a genuine pleasure that allows the celebration and acknowledgement of staff commitment throughout the firm. The program serves as a meaningful platform for staff to showcase their accomplishments, acting as a source of motivation and fostering unity among colleagues.

As a highly anticipated event each quarter, the program involves reviewing client feedback and considering nominations, revealing the tremendous effort many colleagues invest in delivering exceptional client service.

We would like to congratulate Harry Charalambous, Solicitor based in our Westminster office and Katie Higgins, Client Care Coordinator based in our Peterborough office on winning the third quarter director awards 2023.

Harry received the Q3 Legal Champion award for his outstanding skills in legal representation. He is praised by both clients and peers for his expertise, hands-on approach, and quick responsiveness. Clients who had Harry’s assistance describe it as a brilliant experience, emphasising his star-like qualities and the pleasure of working with him. His no-nonsense attitude is particularly valued, and clients see him an invaluable ally.

One client shared a glowing testimonial about Harry’s leadership and guidance, highlighting his clear communication highlighting his clear communication and dedication. Katie also received a well-deserved award, showcasing her unwavering dedication and professionalism. The client's confidence in Katie and the  firm was reaffirmed by the meticulous complaint procedure, thorough investigation, acknowledgments, and resulting apologies.

Katie's professional approach, acknowledgment of mistakes, and corrective actions were commended by the client, ultimately restoring faith in the firm.
