New appointments at Taylor Rose MW

Taylor Rose MW is pleased to announce that Julian Burt is now the new Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the firm.

Julian joined Taylor Rose MW on the 11th December 2023 and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. Julian gained his experience from working on significant technology changes at companies like esure Insurance and AQA Education.

Julian is responsible for the company's IT. He is working hard to develop and put into action new IT upgrades for Taylor Rose MW in the future. These include implementing secure operational structures and technology platforms that accommodate our growth, whilst minimising risks and improving efficiencies and communications for all stakeholders.

Julian says that he is "excited to have joined Taylor Rose MW at such a pivotal time, when it is looking to completely transform its technology offering.”

We are also thrilled to announce that we have promoted Lee Adams to Commercial Director. 

Lee joined Taylor Rose MW as Head of Commercial for Direct Legal Services in August 2023. He joined with the objective to assist in establishing and executing achievable budgets and sustainable profit margins. 

As part of Lee’s role as director, he says “I intend to accelerate and deepen the changes that have already begun”. He continues to work with leaders to increase revenue and manage costs. Lee primarily works on Direct Services he also collaborates with Indirect Services, specifically consultants, at our firm.

Lee says “We are one firm and our strength lies in embracing both Direct and Indirect Services. We will focus on hiring and blending talent, going beyond operational variations to create a more unified work environment."

Adrian Jaggard, CEO said “We are thrilled to announce that Lee Adams has been promoted to Commercial Director for our direct legal services. Lee will continue collaborating with the lead directors of our employed services to optimise profitability by enhancing revenue and cash collection, all while effectively managing our direct costs. Congratulations to Lee on his well-deserved appointment.”
